Stiltsville
June 18th Revisited!

Well back in June (this story has been on the shelf a while!) I was pleasantly surprised one fine Saturday by my friend Lisa (2nd row, 3rd pic, girl on the right) calling me up and inviting me out to a party at a Stiltsville house.
Stiltsville is this cool little place in the middle of the Ocean, where all these houses are built on stilts. Yeah thats right stilts, hence the name. You can only get there by boat.
The rumor is that it was used by Al Capone and his cronies back in the prohibition to smuggle in the booze that flowed freely in Florida flaunting in the face of the federal offense, back in the 20s or 30s... but enough about rumor, get the truth about stiltsville over at www.stiltsville.org. The City of Miami has been trying to get Stiltsville demolished for a number of years now, and I am glad I finally got to go to a party out there, before its gone!
It is definately a cool place to visit, and it was a much cooler party. Thrown by The Bachelors Inc. it was a fantastic event, catered by Shortys BBQ it was amazing, but wait my words arent good enough, so I thought I would treat you to a few pictures. Hey I am actually in a few...
